Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on Rainbet. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
1. About Rainbet ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") operates as an online gambling platform offering casino games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible Canadian residents. Our primary currency is the Canadian Dollar (CAD / CA$). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager amounts are denominated in CAD unless otherwise stated.
Rainbet is committed to responsible operation within the Canadian legal framework. Players located in Ontario are subject to additional provisions under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario (iGO) regulatory standards, as outlined throughout these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 19 years of age or older to register and play on Rainbet. This minimum age applies to residents of all Canadian provinces and territories, including Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. In Quebec, the legal gambling age is also 18 under provincial law; however, Rainbet enforces a platform-wide minimum of 19 years.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
Access to Rainbet is permitted for residents of Canada only, subject to the laws of the applicable province or territory. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using our Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of certain provinces where online gambling is exclusively operated by provincial authorities should verify that using platforms such as Rainbet is permitted under local law before registering.
2.3 Excluded Persons
The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on Rainbet:
- Persons under the minimum legal age.
- Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of Rainbet or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family.
- Persons who have been self-excluded or excluded by a regulatory body.
- Persons accessing the Platform using VPNs, proxies, or other means of disguising their true geographic.
- Persons previously banned from Rainbet for violations of these.
2.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active account on Rainbet. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.
3. Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Rainbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in compliance with Canadian anti-money laundering legislation. Before processing withdrawals, and at any point we deem necessary, you may be required to submit:
- Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's licence, or provincial ID).
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days).
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g, screenshot of your Interac e-Transfer account or bank statement).

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Rainbet accepts the following payment methods for Canadian players:

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
Rainbet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general conditions.
- Standard welcome bonuses provide a 100–200% match on qualifying first.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Compliance

8.3 Maximum Winnings
Maximum single-transaction or daily winnings caps may apply and are displayed in the relevant game or sportsbook section. Rainbet reserves the right to enforce these caps and will not be liable for disputes arising from winnings that exceed advertised limits.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law:

14. Amendments
Rainbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainbet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
